Joined Indeed as an Associate UX Designer in August 2022 and have since grown into a UX Designer role. I started by designing recruiter experiences specifically for the India market- and as the product evolved, my work now spans recruiters across the world, navigating the complexity of diverse expectations, behaviors, and needs across global markets.
My work began with a 0-to-1 project that drove $3M in revenue within its first 18 months. I've also contributed to the jobseeker side, including app onboarding and location search experiences. I now lead UX for Sourcing and Search, collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, and Content on a day-to-day basis.
Sr. UX Designer at F1 Studioz
Joined F1 Enterprise Studioz as a UI Designer in July 2020 and was promoted to Senior UX Designer by early 2022. Over two years, I worked across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning entertainment, banking, e-learning, and B2B SaaS - gaining exposure to vastly different user needs, business contexts, and design constraints. While I started with a strong focus on UI and visual execution, my role evolved to encompass the full design process- from conducting heuristic evaluations at the start of projects to leading user research sessions that informed design direction. I also contributed to client pitches, translating design thinking into narratives that built stakeholder confidence.

Designed interfaces for a leading global bank- balancing strict compliance requirements with the need for intuitive, user-friendly experiences. I worked closely with Engineering teams through Visual QA and bugbashes, ensuring the final product was as considered in execution as it was in design.

I'm a mom to an almost 2-year-old, my most unpredictable and rewarding project yet. You'll find me testing toddler-friendly recipes, and genuinely learning something new from him every single day. No two moments are the same, and honestly, it's the best!
Co- founded a Home linen brand
In 2020, my partner and I co-founded therightshade.in- a venture where I took ownership of brand identity and customer experience, while my partner led product photography and marketing. A genuine full-circle moment, applying design thinking beyond the screen.
